Cancellation Policy

At Money Plant Organics, we strive to provide a smooth and customer-friendly experience. We have a flexible Cancellation Policy, allowing cancellations only if the shipment hasn’t been dispatched for your order placed through our website moneyplantorganics.com (“Website”). Once the shipment is dispatched, cancellation won’t be possible. In case of any suspicious or non-compliant transactions, we may cancel orders at our discretion without prior notice.

Cancellation before shipment

If your order or product hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it by contacting our customer support at info@moneyplantorganics.com or calling us at 1800-123-4567 (Monday to Sunday, 10 am to 7 pm).

Upon cancellation before shipment, you will receive a refund within 2 – 5 business days after we process your request.

Refund Process

For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 2 – 5 business days from the date we receive the products back. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account. Alternatively, you can choose a hassle-free refund through Money Plant Organics coupons for your future purchases.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

At Money Plant Organics, we have a simple return policy. If you wish to return or exchange a product, you can raise a request within 5 days of receiving the delivery. Defective products should be reported within 5 days of delivery. Partial returns are accepted. For a full refund, the returned package must be unopened and sent back within 5 days of delivery.

To initiate a return/exchange request:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (info@moneyplantorganics.com) within 5 days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide your order ID details and the request for return/replace/refund along with images of the product and invoice for reference.

Step 3: We will arrange for the products to be picked up within 4 – 7 business days of receiving your request. The refund or replacement process will begin upon receiving the products with their original packaging, seals, labels, and barcodes intact.

Please note that the return of products will not be accepted under certain conditions, such as missing original packaging or damaged seals.

In case you receive a damaged or wrong product, follow these steps to initiate your return/refund within 5 days of delivery:

Refund Process

For a return/replacement/refund, we process the refund within 2 – 5 business days after verifying the returned products at our warehouse.

For credit/debit card or net banking payments, the refund will be processed to the same account within 2 – 5 business days after receiving the products. Cash on delivery transactions will be refunded via bank transfer within 2 – 5 days after receiving the products and your bank details by email.

Refund Policy

Refunds are possible in the following cases:

(a) Cancellation of an order before shipment; or

(b) Cases where:

Customer refused to collect the delivery;

Customer wasn’t available during delivery attempts;

The delivery address was wrong/unreachable.

For scenario (b), we process the refund after receiving the product from our logistic provider.

For all refunds, the mode of payment used for the order will be credited accordingly. Orders paid by credit/debit cards will be refunded within 8-9 days from receiving the products back. Orders paid by net banking will be credited back to the same account within 8-9 days from receiving the products.
