Money Plant Organics has partnered with reputable logistic partners for our logistic services to ensure that all our products reach you in excellent condition without any damages. We guarantee the use of high-quality packaging materials sourced from reliable vendors, and every package undergoes thorough testing for shipping and delivery of our products.

Please note that for all orders below Rs.699, there will be a shipping charge of Rs.99.

How does our delivery process work?

After you place an order with us, our system processes it, and the products undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they are in perfect condition. Once they pass the final quality check, we pack and hand over the products to our trusted logistic partner.

Our logistic partner will then deliver the products to you at the earliest possible time. In case they are unable to reach you at the shipping address or the specified time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Please be aware that while we strive to ship all products in your order together, it may not always be possible.

How are the products packaged?

Each product is carefully packaged in bubble wrap, and fragile items like glass bottles receive an additional layer of protection. The products are then placed in cardboard boxes and handed over to our logistic partners. Money Plant Organics takes responsibility for any damages during transit.

What is the range of locations to which Money Plant Organics ships its products?

Money Plant Organics ships throughout India to almost all pin-codes. The list of serviceable pin-codes may change over time based on our logistics partners. You can check if we deliver to your address by typing your pin-code on any of our product pages on our website or entering your shipping details during checkout.

Is it possible to track the order?

As soon as you place your order, it is processed from our warehouse, and once dispatched; you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and courier company details. Registered users can track their order through the “My Account” section on our website.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?

Depending on your shipping address, we provide an estimated delivery time at the time of placing the order. We strive to dispatch products within 24 hours, and delivery usually takes 2-7 days depending on the location. However, due to unforeseen circumstances and delays, deliveries may take slightly longer. Please note that while we try our best, we are not liable for any delays caused by our logistics partner.

NOTE: We cannot commit to specific timelines. We request your understanding in case of slight delays. We reserve the right to pause deliveries at any time if required by safety protocols.

What time of the day will my order be delivered?

Our logistic partner will contact you before delivering the product to your specified address. Please ensure you are available to receive the calls, as after three failed attempts, the product will be returned to our warehouse.

What are the shipping charges applicable to my order?

Shipping and handling charges vary based on the product, packaging size, and other considerations. You will see these charges at the time of checkout before making the payment. Money Plant Organics does not charge any additional shipping fees on top of the invoice amount.

Delivery Information

If no one is available at the address during delivery attempts, our logistic partner will make two more attempts. You can contact our Customer Services hotline to reschedule the delivery date, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the three delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.
